Fan Art Rules
Here are simple, easy-to-follow rules for the fan art.
_______________________________________________________________________________
1.) Do not steal art! Of course, this is a common sense "no-no." This even goes for poses - if you used it to draw, cite it to the original artist(s)/photographer(s).
2.) Colored line art is not fan art. There will be more sections added soon where you can post your "Fantasy and Furs" work, but it does not go to "fan art."
3.) Try to keep it modest. Of course, this isn't "Animation Source," but we ask that you keep the adultery to a minimum for the sake of our own stomachs.
4.) Any creature is allowed! However, if you didn't create a "fantasy breed," please let us know who the creator is. If it's a real animal, don't worry about it.
5.) Be appropriate. If you don't like someone's artwork, post, or whatever, don't flame them. Just leave the topic(s) and be about your way. If they put it in the wrong section, contact an Administrator or the moderators so they can do their jobs. They're the moderators, not you. Let them be the mods.
6.) Respect others' art! Don't take their art to any other website. It's theirs. If they have line art they'd like to share, ask them to use it.
7.) LINE ART is not to be used outside of F&F unless the artist gives you the "OK." Always, always, leave the artist's signature on the picture! Surely they will allow you to move it; but respect the artist for their work.
8.) Have fun!
9.) Don't criticise someone's artwork unless they give you the go-ahead. Not everyone wants people telling them how much this-and-this on their artwork needs fixing. Maybe they want it that way? So dedicate your first post to ask them, "I noticed a couple of mistakes. Would you mind if I critique so you can improve?"
10.) ... Did I mention have fun?\
